This multi-faceted HR role will help maintain our positive employee culture and handle a variety of support roles including payroll, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration and business partnering. Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Global HR & Payroll Manager in all areas of HR and payroll administration
  • Accurately process and/or review payrolls for US, LATAM and EMEA
  • Assist in the hiring process of employees and support new-hire onboarding- inclusive of organizing employee orientation schedule and content, creating new employee files, and ensuring required documentation is completed
  • Update and maintain HRIS systems
  • Promote positive employee relations; and work to solve personnel issues
  • Facilitate programs for employee development

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or other comparable degree preferred
  • Two years plus of relevant experience in HR work and knowledge of HR principles and systems.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, EEOC, ADA and other federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Past experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and practical analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and sensitively with people at all levels of the company, encompassing a variety of diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Displays ethical behavior and business practices
  • Ability to use discretion and tact in maintaining, managing, and safeguarding confidential personnel documents and data
  • Demonstrates strong skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and other administrative computer applications and knowledge of relevant HR and payroll related technology
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail is a necessity
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
