Responsible for all human resource related functions including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, payroll processing, and benefits administration along with all training of safety and company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports recruiting, interviewing, and hiring as it relates to screening, scheduling, and administering the full recruitment process

· Onboards employees in accordance with procedures to ensure employee’s understanding of the required employment forms, employee data security and privacy, available company information, and payroll and benefits documentation

· Processes payroll on the appropriate timing interval ensuring the accuracy of pay data, deductions, and benefits

· Maintains employee data accurately and securely within the human resource files and systems

· Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise

· Administers and executes routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations

· Oversees employee disciplinary investigations, meetings, and terminations

· Offboards employees in accordance with the company procedures to ensure compliance and company safety and security

· Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy as it relates to current and future workforce needs

· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law

· Monitors compliance with all safety procedures along with company policies and procedures

· Conducts consistent safety inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks

· Schedules and conducts training related to emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations through recommended best practices

· Ensures that OSHA documentation is maintained and readily accessible when necessary

· Position may perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred

·1+ years Human Resource Management experience preferred

·Bi-lingual

· Landscape industry experience preferred

· Previous experience with H2B Visas

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

· Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Attention to detail in all responsibilities and duties

· Microsoft Office Suite / PC proficiency

· Highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
