SUMMARY
The HR & Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified personnel to fulfill the current employment needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through interview process. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they will engage with all employees through the new hire process and as the primary contact for our location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage entire talent acquisition and onboarding process
- Coordinate and implements appropriate, applicant pools using cost-effective advertising for open positions. May be asked to help stimulate organic growth through Social Media campaigns.
- Partners with directors and managers through selection, interview, onboarding and new employee orientation processes. Onboards employees and performs orientation as necessary.
- Collects, tracts, analyzes and reports recruitment and other data for HR measures
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Works on all short-term and long-term recruiting functions (ie. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person, attend career fairs, partner with school programs, etc.)
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Process paperwork and report new hire information to proper channels in the proper timeframe
- Benefit Administration (communicates, explains, and answers employee questions regarding the benefit plans). Owner of disability, workers compensation, and FMLA process. This includes tracking, paperwork, and communication
- Organize and maintains employee files for quick and easy access
- Provides cross-functional support in other HR areas (i.e., benefits, health and safety, employee relations, performance management, attendance tracking, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years direct experience with job screening, hiring practices, and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Standard office equipment and computer applications; MS Office, Internet applications, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
