Position Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist with experience in high volume recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work closely with our Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the full employee life cycle. Essential Functions:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, to include leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and training and development.
- Facilitates full cycle recruiting and onboarding, including collaboration to develop effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Responsible for Human Resources Management System (HRMS), ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Facilitates and tracks all forms of protected leave, to include associated disability claims.
- Assists employees and managers with inquiries related to benefits, policies/procedures, employment, workplace issues, dispute resolution and employee relations matters.
- Leverages HRMS analytics and reporting to provide relevant data, metrics and trends to HR Manager.
- Monitors employee morale and company culture, supporting HR Manager with culture initiatives, recognition programs and employee surveys.
- Collaborates with managers to investigate and resolve employee violations of company policy and code of ethics, to include harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary action and overall performance management.
- Executes all aspects of employee terminations and off-boarding, to include disabling system access, agency reporting, exit interviews, final compensation and unemployment claims.
- Supports annual benefits open enrollment and monthly insurance bill reconciliations.
- Responsible for data reporting for annual internal, external, and compliance audits.
- Maintains current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Responsible for all employee personnel and training records in compliance with required departmental and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Maintains appropriate confidence in all personnel matters. Informs management of potential serious situations or matters that may result in company liability.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ Human Resources experience
- A combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Experience overseeing the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding

- Experience with an integrated Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification - preferred.
