Texas Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a talented professional Human Resources Specialist to join a Manufacturer on the South Side of San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will be a supportive and evolving employee through the company's guidelines and managing processes.
Salary: $60/70K (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Hiring and assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Managing benefitsprograms.
- Payroll processing in Paylocity.
- Employee relations/problem resolution.
- Staff development.
- Policy development & execution.
Requirements:
- Must have proven Paylocity experience with 100+ employees.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Must have benefits experience.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor laws.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Environment:
- Automotive manufacturing environment.
