THE ROLE: Resourcing Specialist - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 10am-7pm EST.

Job Summary:

As Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for Recruiting, Vendor Partnerships, Risk, Compliance and Performance activities for the Presidio Field Services (PFS) Organization. You will oversee the selection, qualification, on-boarding, management, measurement and review of all Vendors and Platforms to ensure that the company receives quality and service at the lowest cost of ownership.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 10am-7pm EST.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, Document, post and enforce existing policies and procedures followed by Presidio vendors.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions to manage disparate vendors.

• Establish weekly reviews with PreSales, evaluate/realign resource pool to meet the needs of the business.
  • Participate in Customer meetings and Presentation as necessary.
• Participate in all PFS Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, Identifying resource skill set, scalability, and pricing models.

• Review, re-qualify and expand our current technical capabilities and offerings across all resourcing channels.
• Review and realign job skills, categories and assessment tests in use today.
• Use Job Boards to recruit, qualify and onboard new PFS Resources.
• Develop, document and implement an International dispatch policy working with Presidio Global Services.
• Identify Partnerships and evaluate offerings to meet SLA requirements.
• Responsible for handling, coaching, or terminating Vendor or Technicians as a result of a field escalation.
• Develop, implement and maintain consistent lines of communication with PFS's top tier national providers.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 3+ years of IT Field Service industry background or technology field is required.
• Must have the ability to negotiate rates of resources; experience negotiating is preferred.
• Working knowledge of structured cabling environments – CAT5e/6 and Fiber in preferred.
• Experience with freelance work platforms, (Work Market, Field Nation, On Force, etc.) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
