What you will do

As a General Operative, you will support our day to day operations in order to provide the best customer experience.

There will be plenty of opportunities to explore your potential and you’ll enjoy full support from your line manager and team of engineers.

You will be required to ensure that you adhere to safe working practices and also be able to take instructions and act upon them in a prompt and professional manner. This is a genuine alternative to university for people who have a passion for engineering and who want to launch their career with us.

How you will do it

You will be part of the team who are accountable for installation of HVAC systems, on time, within budget and in a professional manner. We’d like you to be involved in the loading and unloading of ductwork and associated HVAC equipment. You will also be required to assist in cutting, fitting and installation of HVAC systems and housekeeping regimes as and when required.

You will maintain customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information. We expect you to adhere to all company and legal requirements at all times. Health & Safety is extremely important for staff, ensuring compliance with all legislation.

• Physical and manual handling involved with most equipment and tools

• Additional Training will be provided where required
