Specific responsibilities and authorities may include:

• Perform all conversions and assemblies at the highest possible level of quality.

• Minimize rework of conversions and assemblies.

• Clean all parts using solvents and other chemicals as directed safely.

• Maintain and care for shop tools. o Obtain all specialty tools used on the job using the methods established.

o Clean all tools and special equipment used, before they are returned.

o Return all specialty tools used on jobs to their original location and in working condition.

• Calibrate equipment as needed according to company’s procedures and work instructions.

• Communicate with others professionally.

o Conduct all communications with co-workers in a polite and professional manner.

• Follow all training assigned as directed.

o Complete all training offered as assigned.

• Carry out all duties and responsibilities in an ethical and conscientious manner.

• Support and participate in the organization’s continual improvement program and conform to ISO 9001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting Quality Management System objectives. Understand the implications of not conforming with the quality management system requirements.

• Other duties as assigned.
