Fragomen in Dublin is an immigration consultancy with an enthusiastic team of professionals with extensive experience in Irish immigration and best practices. Our Personal Immigration Services team provides the full suite of Irish immigration support to individuals seeking support on a range of issues and applications, including High Net Worth matters, investors, retirement permissions, family reunification and citizenship.

About the role:
The Personal Immigration Services Consultant will be primarily responsible for managing an individual case load of various personal Irish immigration matters, from responding to initial queries, delivering case assessments to reviewing and filing applications.
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter with strong business acumen to work with the management team to develop our personal immigration services offering to clients. The role requires experience in Irish immigration and knowledge of personal immigration applications such as the immigrant investor programme, family unification applications, naturalisation, foreign births registry applications and entry visas etc.
Key responsibilities will include:
Immigration Case Work
- Point of contact for a range of private clients, managing their case from initial enquiry through to resolution
- Responsible for giving advice on, preparing and drafting applications, for private clients under supervision of the management team
- Troubleshooting and establishing case strategy with the Manager and ensuring work is reviewed and signed off at key benchmark stages
Business Development
- Identify new service offerings and communicate with management regarding new potential business opportunities for private clients
- Provide process overviews and regular updates on immigration developments relevant to the practices’ personal immigration services offering.
- Engage in strategy discussions around upcoming projects and best practices with management relevant to personal immigration services
- Use a high level of attention to detail at every step to ensure correspondence is clear, concise, and appropriate to the audience, keeping in mind client style
Administrative/Team Support
- Delegate work to team members through software management tools
- Analyse case management data to establish best practices and identify pitfalls in current management software to improve and develop protocols and process flows.
- Assist with office-wide projects
- Monitor workload, production and workflow
- Train new team members
About you:
The ideal person for this role will be a self-starter with a background in a busy client facing immigration role with excellent organisational skills and technical Irish immigration knowledge. Experience with general Irish immigration matters and application types is required, and particular experience of immigrant investor work and citizenship is desired. You will also be an effective communicator (written and verbally), be curious and proactive and able to manage your own time effectively.
