Intact US seeks Software Implementation Specialist (f/m/x)

Job Description

Customizing ERP software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications

• Analyzes the customer processes and requirements preparing detailed user story documentation and configures modules and functionalities accordingly
• Key user training
• Close cooperation with the IT Project Manager
• Contact person for detailed questions about modules or special customer configurations

Your Background Completed education in the field of Business Technology and / or comparable studies

• Experience in software implementation and/or professional experience in the

Auditing/Certification sector is preferred

• Experience with JIRA and confident in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, German or Spanish language skills a plus
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Works independently using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail Oriented
• Enjoy to working in a team across time zones and cultures
• Ability to travel for training in Austria and customer visits as needed (length of stay: approx. 1 month per year). Travel may account for 20% of time
