Responsibilities
- Responsibility for planning, coordinating, supporting and executing of all manufacturing processes in Avilla including close coordination with our outsourcing maintenance services partner.
- Working closely together with the NPI team to commission new product lines, modifications and continuous improvement of existing product lines to ensure the use of the best production equipment.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local plant teams in all manufacturing processes along with partnering with the maintenance outsourcing organization.
- Partnering with the outsourced maintenance organization to ensure the spare parts requirements for the region.
- Ensuring all controls for manufacturing processes in the plant and collaborating with the maintenance services organization concerning the maintenance and TPM process in the regions.
- Support of the EAM system as the maintenance tool.
- Ensuring globally established processes are supported at the plant (CPM, etc.) and conducting audits to verify the effectiveness.
- Driving, coaching and supporting troubleshooting techniques to improve OEE overall in the plant.
- Driving standard manufacturing processes and standardized work at the plant in compliance with all globally defined standards.

Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering or comparable education.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in process engineering, operations or manufacturing management.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Comply with IATF standards, OSHA standards and Kautex Textron health & safety standards.
- Experience in international plastic and automotive (supplier) industry.
- Strong knowledge in blow molding or injection molding, process tooling and assembly equipment preferred.
- Ability to operate with high level of diplomacy in all environments.
- Understanding of multicultural and diverse workforce and expectations.
- English language skills.
