Job description
- Part of team that supports the PDS Network and Customers
- Perform Customer installations for Circuits or Equipment
- Provide field service and support for PDS customers in Guam, Saipan, Hawaii and American Samoa
- Assist in presales activities as may be assigned.
- Perform all work in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete all forms, trouble tickets completely, accurately, and on a timely basis.
- Proactively communicate to HelpDesk and Supervisor your status in the field at all times
- Other functions as may be directed by Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
