Inhouse Recruitment Executive – Monaghan
Salary - Open to discussion
We are delighted to be working with a leading M&E business who are recruiting for an Inhouse Recruitment Executive to join them at their Monaghan offices.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will drive recruitment activities across the business and its units, including;
- Running 360 recruitment
- Business development with existing and new candidates in the Irish market
- Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals for our existing clients through the existing database, social media, networking and advertising.
- Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation and interview preparation.
- Meetings and presentations.
About you…
- Have gained at least 2 years recruitment experience, ideally within a technical (construction / engineering) setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and have good time management
- Excellent IT skills
In return you will receive a generous package including bonuses, pension plus more.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to €30,000.00 per year
