Inside Sales Associate

Job Description: Accessories Unlimited is looking for a Sales Team member who is self motivated and looking to grow. Who can answer questions and help select the right auto accessories according to the customer’s needs. Be able to explain the performance of the chosen accessory and or offer suggestions or alternatives if the accessory is not available. Must be willing to research and become knowledgeable about the latest products and accessories. Must maintain and manage accessories on the showroom floor. Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.

Essential Job Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Daily maintenance, cleaning and organization of the showroom and waiting room
• Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to all customers entering the showroom
• Answer phones/transfer/ take messages when needed
• Look up products by manufacturer to ensure accuracy
• Follow-up with customers
• Track leads for follow-up and conversion
• Prepare Estimates, Sales Orders, Jobs and Invoices
• Locate, label parts and maintain inventory stock
• Pick up and deliver parts and or vehicles as needed
• Examine returned items for defects, exchanges part an or refund money
• Must be able to explain fully the product performance, application and benefits of chosen product
• Exhibit an high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Must set personal goals of achievement and steps on how to achieve them
• Must maintain $35,000 in gross sales per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
