Our products are in high demand and our company is growing quickly. We are looking for a Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
This position will require some on-the-job learning to become familiar with our products, services, core concepts and internal processes. Being a self-starter and always curious will make a big difference in job success. You will work with our Sales Team to develop a core understanding of the basic concepts of dust collection equipment and common technical errors or faults. Training will be done in-person, by virtual conference, and through self-study to become familiar with common industrial and electrical concepts as needed.

- Computer literacy: In addition to data entry and typing, must have experience working in Outlook. Some NetSuite, Sage, or comparable ERP experience is required.
- Time management and organization: Ability to use a variety of organization methods, to handle and juggle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly.
- Customer service: Must be comfortable and have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.
- Communication: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms to help the customer work through problems and accurately describe products.
- Problem-solving: Must be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders and more efficient processes.

Job Responsibilities, but not limited to:
· Become knowledgeable about products the company sells (non-technical)
· Prepare and present simple accurate quotes for customers
· Process customer orders
· Process online orders
· Track sales orders and aid with shipping issues.
· Provide administrative support and serve as point of contact for sales team and customers
· Strategize and assist in obtaining new business
· Create lists of potential clients
· Write and implement processes for quality control of sales data
· Report out metrics on a weekly basis
· Write SOP’s
· Escalate issues as necessary to the sales support manager and/or management.
· Maintain sales databases.
· Provide assistance in other areas of the company as requested or necessary
Required skills:
· Be highly organized and able to multitask on several projects at a time.
· Previous experience in a sales-related support capacity.
· Must be comfortable in a support role.
· Previous experience and knowledge with Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Invoicing and entering them into a system.
· Must work well with others in an open team environment, but also perform efficiently by yourself.
· At all times, conduct yourself professionally as a liaison between their organization and external customers.
· Must be willing to learn new software necessary to perform job tasks.
