JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking the ultimate CAN-DO Lead Installer to manage a crew for installations locally and at remote sites in GA, FL, AL, NC and SC.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises the installation of commercial awnings and canopies
• Ensures enough and correct material is onsite to perform the scheduled task to completion.
• Monitors work performance to ensure permanent work installed meets the specifications, procedures, and safety requirements of the project.
• Advises management of potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties and also assist in circumventing/resolving problems as required.
• Provides supervision and leadership for all assigned crews to complete projects. Interfaces with respective stakeholders.
• Provides support and resources for crews.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• CAN-DO - GET IT DONE Attitude is a critical requirement
• Able to lift more than 50 lbs. unassisted
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to supervise others
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprint plans
• Comfortable working with ladders, scaffolds, and lift equipment
• Ability to use a range of power tools such as bandsaws and drills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability to travel 50 % for work

Experience:

• Construction: 2 years (Required)
• Supervision: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
