Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Contacting patients regarding account status
• Following up on requests for patient documentation
• Entering/scanning information into computer, data entry
• Communicating with other staff members via email and phone
• Running reports
• Backing up receptionists and other office staff when busy or short handed
• Verifying patient insurance coverage
• Communicating with insurance companies and healthcare providers
