Job description

Evaluate the use of analytic standards and associated intelligence analytic tradecraft standards in finished intelligence products. Conduct an analysis diagnosing strengths, challenges, and weaknesses based on the evaluations of finished analytic production. Conduct tradecraft evaluations of draft products to assist in mediating differences/disputes in the analytic review process. Ensure the consistency of evaluations produced and develop a process to measure and minimize differences. Assist in efforts to improve analytic integrity and standards, processes, evaluations, and implementation. Provide evaluator training and produced tradecraft aids based on evaluation findings.

Required Qualifications:

-TS/SCI with CI poly

-BA or BS degree

-Minimum 10 years of experience with the IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards (ICD 203)

-Demonstrated ability to objectively evaluate IC analytic products

-Ability to prepare written products that clearly articulate the quality of analysis

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
