LOOCATION:

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with traditional and modern IT processes, tools and solutions
- Currently studying towards a degree in Computing/Technology/Software Engineering or any related discipline
- Assist with IT support processes including ticket management / workflow solutions (ITIL, ITSM)
- Assist in providing timely resolution to IT issues
- Good written and oral communications
- Good documentation skills
- Work as part of a global support team
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assist for end user Tier3 backend issues
- Ensure that IT Service Level Agreements are met
- Assist in the development of training documentation and knowledge
- Participate in Weekly Team Meetings
- Participate in Global Projects
