Position Overview
Golden State Assembly is seeking an experienced IT Support associate to join our team. The IT Support associate will be responsible for the keeping maintenance of Desktops, laptops, and printers. This individual must be knowledgeable in the installation and configuration of Windows and drivers. Must have knowledge of LAN, WLAN (E- Network), Switch, and configuring WIFI Routers. Preferably someone with database and programing language.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance support of hardware such as Desktops, laptops, and printers
- Installation and configuration of Windows and drivers
- Must have knowledge of LAN, WLAN (E- Network), Switch, and configuring WIFI Routers.
- Database and programming languages such as SQL Server and PHP.
- Problem solves, troubleshoot, and/or recommend opportunities to improve systems
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Provide technical expertise and support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent/ proficient in Spanish
- Support IT staff to achieve peak productivity and quality work.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Communicate regularly with the team
- Lead, plan, and manage any IT needs
