Summary: We are currently looking for a take charge janitor for our 1st shift, hours 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with overtime on the weekend to join our team. Must be someone who enjoys cleaning and takes pride in performing their job duties to meet IPG excellence and safety standards.
Daily Job Duties:
- Maintaining buildings/facilities in compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
- Glass cleaning and dusting.
- Trash and Recycling duties.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on the 1st shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, etc. for at least 8 hours (some overtime).
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs., with or without an accommodation.
- Excellent attention to detail and well-organized.
- Great time management skills to prioritize tasks to get the job done before the end of shift.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.
