Job description
- Assist the CFO in managing all aspects of financial reporting and analysis related to the management of properties for multiple clients
- Review and update financial data prepared by property managers to ensure accuracy
- Perform GL account analysis and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure financial statements and reports are accurate and timely
- Complete the accounting cycle for each client
- Assist with training accounting staff
- Minimum of three years experience in this role
- Must be well-versed in accounting/financial reporting principles and practices
- In office Monday through Friday (not a remote or hybrid position)
- Property management experience
- Knowledge of Rent Manager Property Management software or an interest in learning new software
