Job Title: Junior Data Administrator

Reporting Line: Data Analytics Manager
- Run & Administer reporting for Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) in multiple EU Countries
- Manage control measures for regulatory reporting & data quality
- Conduct route cause analysis of data issues & system reports of rejected data submissions.
- Run pre-defined SAS procedures on Oracle database for report generation & submissions to appropriate recipient or entity.
- Investigate and assist debugging of programs when issues occur.
- Log & Document issues as they arise for further investigation by Data Analysts.
- Develop data validation and exception reports to maximise data accuracy.
- Work closely with Analyst and Developers to amend complex issues.
- Work with all departments including Actuarial, Finance, Claims, Underwriting and others to provide the required data to meet ad-hoc queries and month-end deadlines;
- Liaise with central Arval teams to increase and advance the data & reporting benefits of central platforms;
Qualifications & Experience required for this role :
- Experience working in similar Data / Master Data Administrator role.
- Organised, proactive and quick learner, with interest in developing within the data field.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, with IT or coding skills in SAS, SQL a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Hold a third level qualification preferably in a Data related field, business or related discipline
- Ability to work independently and collectively as part of a team.
- Insurance experience preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of French is a definite advantage
