We at Rocksalt are delighted to be seeking Kitchen Porters to join our team.

RockSalt Café began in August 2018, following months of planning & construction on what was the famous Danny Hughes Seaside Shop in Blackrock. Rocksalt aims to offer our customers the high values of customer care, service and attention to detail with unique foodie twists. We strive to create a fantastic atmosphere, food and service culture with all the key elements of a 5-star hotel or restaurant but in a more casual and welcoming environment for both customers and teams. In February 2020 Rocksalt opened its second location on Dundalk’s Earl Street, while also building an outside catering element to the business throughout 2021.

At RockSalt our team and people are everything and we look forward to welcoming the successful candidate to our team.

The ideal candidate will -

• Help the kitchen team in maintaining and running the entire food operation.
• Assist in all aspects of cleanliness and hygiene
• Oversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredients
• Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours.
• Verifies that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed

Salary: €10.50-€11.50 per hour
