Summary of Position:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Full-Time Kitchen Staff who ensures meals are prepared and served to residents. Job duties include but not limited to cleaning, sanitizing food service areas, prep meals, ensure meals are served following guidelines set by USDA and TDA, store food supplies and equipment properly when not in use, as well as maintain daily documentation and logs.

Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching. Physical requirements also include the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Both novice and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Starting pay without experience $14/hr.

Schedule:

Wednesday – Saturday 6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must have Texas Driver’s License/Identification

· Must have High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Location:

Pegasus Schools, Inc. is located on a 105 acres country setting just 3 miles south of Lockhart, Texas. We have lots of outdoor activities including but not limited to ropes/challenge course, climbing tower, zipline, putt-putt golf, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and many more!

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
