PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for people with 6 months of verifiable construction experience to help us on various projects up and down the Front Range. Common tasks include construction site cleanup, demo, operating jackhammers, digging trenching, basic painting, store fixture installation, moving material, caulking, etc. OSHA 10 or 30 preferable but not required. Work with a team that is motivated to keep you busy. PeopleReady Skilled trades offers weekly pay and flexible schedule working on a variety of projects in a large network of contractors. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and sick time. Opportunity to go thru OSHA 10 training if you don't have it already. We offer referral bonuses where you can make up to $500 referring a journey level tradesperson. You can earn up to $1500 extra in our Respect the Craft program based on working hours for us.

Note - Pay rate for this job is $18.50 - $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist client's journeymen and field foreman for a variety of tasks to help them get their projects completed
• Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials
• Changing air filters, and general job site cleaning
• Assisting in the building or construction of various things
• Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training, which we provide
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
• Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
• Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of construction experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must take direction well
• Must be able to communicate well
• Having basic hand tools is preferred but not required
