LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
2-3 Years of Experience
LAWN MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for managing a portfolio of 50-60 high-end lawn maintenance clients/properties
· Establish and maintain professional customer relationships in order to increase client retention
· Maintain quality control on all assigned properties and projects and ensure employees are trained on horticultural best techniques and practices when performing maintenance
· Bid maintenance and enhancements as well as up-selling all other company services
· Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for meeting designated sales goals and continually increase the efficiency of the department
· Maintain communication with maintenance staff and other departments to ensure job profitability
· Responsible for communicating and enforcing Moss Landscaping’s Policies and Procedures to employees
· Must maintain software and programs in place in order to succeed at job and manage crews & properties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES
· Team oriented and able to offer support on special projects where needed
· Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with assigned crews as well as clients, both in-person, over the phone and via email
· Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
· Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
· Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments and clients.
· Must be customer focused and be able to handle high volume of client requests
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of experience high-end residential landscaping/management
· Valid Texas driver’s license or ID
· Able to effectively communicate in Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
