Job description
We are hiring for a Year Round Switcher with full benefits and paid over time after 40!
$1500.00 Retention bonus, Safety & Attendance bonuses!
Overview:
Switchers oversee 4 chutes at the Lansing Plant. 2 Chutes generate steel, these trailers will be dumped off at the Stone Transport Yard. The other 2 chutes generate aluminum. These trailers are loaded by the switcher, then tarped. Road drivers will come to the plant to pickup these trailers. Attention to detail important multiple grades of aluminum leave the plant. Must be proficient backing trailers into bays.
