We are seeking an experienced Automation Maintenance Technician and Robotic Controls Specialist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our automated systems to ensure that they are running at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on automated systems and robotic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation and robotics equipment.
• Conduct repairs on automation and robotic equipment as needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of automated systems.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of production output.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new automated systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Train other team members on the proper use and maintenance of automated systems.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of automation and robotics equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with robotics control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $32 - 38/hr
