Summary
As a Corporate Leadership Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of our management team and support the growth and success of our organization. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a culture of continuous learning, development, and collaboration.
Essential Functions
- Assess organizational leadership needs and identify skill gaps by collaborating with senior management and HR.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective leadership development programs and workshops for managers and executives at various levels.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences and discussions using a variety of training methods, such as role-playing, group exercises, case studies, and simulations.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to leaders to support their growth, development, and performance improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives through regular feedback, assessments, and KPI tracking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, HR, and external training partners.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, trends, and emerging leadership development methodologies, and incorporate them into program design and delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between leadership development initiatives and overall organizational strategy and objectives.
- Provide facilitation for assessment-based team workshops such as Gallup CliftonStrengths.
- Other relative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, or organizational development, with a focus on facilitating leadership programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and see. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Frequent lifting required of items 5-25 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Work Environment
This job operates in both a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites. Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting. May be exposed to variable weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
