Based in our Dublin office, you will be responsible for Leasing Administration.

Based in our Dublin office, you will be responsible for Leasing Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lease administration
- Lease abstraction
- Review all lease agreement and create a summary of the leases.
- Rent payment processing
- Receiving invoices, review and confirm with necessary teams
- Rent payment disbursement
- Coordinate with AP and create rent reports monthly
- Data and document management
- Understanding Lease language and create comprehensive reporting
- Following Processes and procedures for lease agreement (activation-termination-service fee)
You will have
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tenant representative or lease administration
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must
- Candidate must be a self-starter who can prioritize, problem solve and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Candidate must be reliable and punctual, flexible, well organized, and able to manage a heavy workload with flexible hours.
