- Experience in working with tech Operations, scaled policy enforcement, and content moderation regulations.
- Experience in support operations, scaling an operation, and vendorizing processes.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet softwares, SQL, HTML, and/or Python.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
- Ability to speak and write in French, German, or Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team and set a roadmap on our legal removals strategy for YouTube in EMEA. Provide technical project management mentorship across multiple projects and focus areas such as tooling, transparency, and scaled operations.
- Plan and implement strategies for management of regulatory pressure and compliance efforts that scale to multiple markets.
- Manage removal requests efficiently and accurately, including trademark issues, counterfeit issues, defamation issues, court orders, and requests from government agencies.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes. Design and drive process improvements and infrastructure solutions to scale our operations and enhance operational quality.
- Develop internal and external educational materials, and design new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.
