The Starr Psychiatric Center, a dynamic private multi-disciplinary outpatient psychiatric center established in 2005, seeks a full time or part time MA licensed LICSW, LMHC or LMFT Therapist to provide psychotherapy services. It is a well-compensated position with strong administrative support for credentialing, intakes, scheduling and billing. Flexible scheduling with an option of a four day work week. The Starr Psychiatric Center aims to provide a high quality of mental health services by using the concept of Differential Therapeutics and evaluating the patient to determine what type of psychotherapy works best: Supportive, Cognitive- Behavioral, IFS, Analytical, etc. There is ample opportunity for professional growth in your orientation. The Psychiatrist in charge has much experience with multiple models and has taught at Harvard and Boston University and currently holds an appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts School of Medicine.

The Center is in a beautiful building on the south shore of Boston, bordering the towns of Easton & Brockton. The center treats a variety of patients including pre-teens, adolescents, adults, couples and families with sub specialties in adolescent psychiatry, mood disorders and substance use disorder. In addition to our five Therapist, we also have two Psychiatrists and five Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. We are the go- to referral source for many of the primary care physicians, specialists and hospitals in the area and have a reputation of helping patients who have not been satisfactorily helped in years.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
