Suki's Vegan is a restaurant in Haile Village Center in Gainesville. We aspire to be a leader in service, food and eco-friendly business that does good for its employees, customers, the animals and the world.
A Line Cook and Prep Cook's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Commit to a positive and professional approach with coworkers to deliver the best possible customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
