Opening soon, Toranj strives to become Atlanta's premier restaurant to offer a true Middle Eastern experience that excites both tastebuds & hearts with its bold ethnic flavors and Middle Eastern hospitality.

With a Moroccan-inspired interior, this beauty is located inthe heart of Atlanta and pays tribute to Middle Eastern history & art through the restaurant's design, infrastructure, and cuisine.

To complete the 360 Middle East experience, Toranj delivers dishes prepared by Chef Rostami, who was once private chef to Qaboos bin Said al Said, the Sultan of Oman.

Responsibilites

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
