Pour and Tap 30 are is hiring aspiring chefs!

We’re looking for full time line cooks at our restaurant. Seeking qualified candidates who want to learn advanced techniques and cooking methods, and use new and unique ingredients.

A short list of areas that we focus on include: locally sourced food, perfecting the art of seasoning,challenging our guest’s boundaries with food, creating new experimental concepts and flavor affinities,modern cuisine, involving a purposeful intention with every preparation and dish, and excellence with the guest experience.Become part of a kitchen that takes its work very seriously, and still has fun while doing it. We have an ever-evolving menu that changes often.

You would have access to modern cooking instruments and equipment. Use only the highest quality ingredients. Work with a professional sommelier at our monthly wine dinners. Learn abstract cultural and regional cooking methods from around the world including:Japanese, Thai, Korean, Latin American, Russian, French, Italian, and more.
