Key Responsibilities as a Mortgage Loan Officer:

• Converting high-quality leads delivered via inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and transfers.
• Delivering exceptional service to our clients.
• Structuring and presenting the most beneficial loan options for our clients.
• Upholding ethical and caring principles – we value employees who cater to our clients' needs with empathy and integrity.
• Gathering necessary documentation to submit loans to operations.
• Demonstrating exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Fulfilling all NMLS requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of one year of mortgage loan origination experience in a call center environment as a Mortgage Banker, Loan Originator, or a similar role.
• Proven history of success as a top performer.
• Ability to swiftly establish rapport with people.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fun, energetic, results-driven environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all loan types: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo.
• Capability to stay updated with available loan products, processing procedures, underwriting, and general departmental guidelines.
