So, what does a Silvi Materials LDP-Logistics do? You'll be an integral part of our Top Tier central dispatch/ logistics team:

• Provide stellar customer service to our clients and addressing nay issues and or concerns
• Ensure successful scheduled deliveries with our drivers
• Communicating via a two-way radio system.
• Handling high volume of calls daily
• Communicating and working alongside other departments such as Operations, Sales and Quality Control.
• Complete work assignments in the allotted time frame
• Demonstrates excellent communications skills; listens to other ideas and suggestion

Qualifications

• Ability to work at 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. but has flexibility for outside and overtime hours as needed
• Ability to work at least 1-2 Saturdays per month
• The successful candidate will have at least a High School education or equivalent, although a college education is preferred.
• This person needs to have excellent and clear communication skills (bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus)
• Be well-organized.
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Dispatching experience is a plus.
• Experience in the concrete/construction industry is also a plus.

• 10 hour shift
