Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry and processing, shipping and receiving, customer service via phone and email, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Customer Service - The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, being able to answer phone calls, make calls, send emails, and greet visitors. This individual should be a team player who enjoys working with a diverse group of people and managing various responsibilities.

2) Office Administration - The successful candidate will be proficient in using computers and have experience working in an office setting. Responsibilities include data entry, emailing, scanning, typing, filing, organizing, and mailing documents. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

3) Shipping & Receiving - The candidate should have approximately 1 year of shipping and receiving experience, with the ability to pick, pack, allocate, and fulfill orders accurately and professionally.

4) Warehousing - The successful candidate will be organized and attentive to cleanliness. Responsibilities include tracking inventory, labeling, and stocking items, adhering to safety rules, and maintaining a clean and secure environment for shipping and receiving.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Woodinville, WA 98072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
