Assignment Details
Job Description:
- Provide routine 24-hour on-call nursing, support to the residences in an ALF setting.
- Responsible for monitoring medication administration, and on-going health status of program clients.
- Ensure that programs are compliant with State and Federal regulations regarding health and safety.
- Communicate health care information to families and./or residential providers.
- Under the supervision of the RN, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health care services related to individual needs.
- Assist and train staff in all areas of medical knowledge.
Education, Experience and Special Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts LPN licensure.
- One year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities in residential setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred
