36 guaranteed hours per week

Requirement :

Must have LPN License in CO.

Must have BLS Certificate

Must have Covid card.

Pay Rates : $42.00/Hrs.

Taxable Rate : $31.50/Hrs.

Allowances (Non-taxable) :$10.50/Hrs.

Overtime Rate: $47.25/Hrs.
