Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing home. This is a Per Diem shift for weekends only: Saturday and/or Sunday, with a pay rate of $40/hour.

Position Requirements:
- Registered as a licensed LPN in the state of New York
- Experience in long-term and sub-acute care
- Weekend Availability
- Medication administration skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Strong communication skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
