Roll & Hill is looking to fill a lighting assembly position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating things with their hands, and has a deep love for making and building beautiful objects. If this sounds like you, please email your resume!
Responsibilities:
- Use various hand and power tools to assemble components and fixtures
- Communicate with internal departments, including Purchasing, Shipping, and Sales
- Notifying Supervisor and QC Department of discrepancies between drawings and parts, as well as identifying raw parts with material issues
- Ad hoc projects, as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Experience making or assembling in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to handle fragile objects, including glass and marble, with care
- A background in electrical work, fabrication, or studio art is desirable, but not required.
- High level of self awareness
- Positive attitude
- A team-oriented approach to meeting goals
- Ability to work on your feet for most of the day

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
