forteq North America, a fast growing precision plastic injection molding manufacturer, is seeking Machine Operators for A Shift (7am - 3:15pm), B Shift (3pm - 11:15pm) and C Shift (11pm - 7:15am) in our West Henrietta facility. Our goal is to offer world class engineering, manufacturing, and assembly services for the high volume production of value added plastic parts. An Operator, under moderate supervision, operates machines, assembles components, and performs in-process inspections and packages products. The position is also is responsible for ensuring that the sites QEMS is being implemented and followed properly.

Essential Duties:

1. Operates and monitor machines used in the plastic injection molding process.

2. Feeds raw materials into machines to which assigned.

3. Assembles components as required.

4. Packages product for machines to which assigned

5. Performs in-process inspections of finished products to ensure satisfactory quality.

6. Sorts and qualifies products as required.

7. Alerts supervisory personnel to any production related issues.

8. Maintains and follows records for production and times.

9. Maintains high quality standards as required.

10. Maintains a safe and clean work area.

11. Performs such similar,comparable or related duties as may be required.

Knowledge: Working level knowledge of the injection molding process in the plastics industry including machine operation is helpful but not required.

Experience: Not mandatory, however prior experience operating production machines is desirable.

Skills: Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Attention to details; good organizational skills and good written and oral communication skills are required. Drive and commitment to the success of the organization are expected.
