We are North America’s leading manufacturer of corrugated and stripwound metal bulk hose and fabricated assemblies, as well as metal bellows and expansion joints. We are urgently hiring for our Euclid, OH facility. These are Machine Operator positions with great compensation!

Machine Operator Pay:

• Starting pay for this position is $16.00 - $18.50 per hour depending on position and shift
• Discretionary bonus program
• $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• After a brief probationary period, employees may be eligible for a 401K, insurance including medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and paid time off

Machine Operator Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Thursday, OT flexible before or after shift and possible Fridays.
• 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM Monday - Thursday, OT on Fridays when needed
• Weekend Shift: 6 AM-6 PM Friday-Sunday (12 hour shifts, however paid out for 40 hours a week)

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Inspect braid for damage
• Set saw and track for cutting
• Cut and crimp hose to length
• Crimp ferrules
• Check cut-length calculations
• Trim braid
• Pre-tension hose
• Stamp/etch ferrules
• Read and understand Sales/Job Orders and tolerance chart

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Good basic math skills
• Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, squat, twist, and kneel
• Ability to use hand and power tools
