Accountabilities:
Maintain machines in a functional state.
Adapt machines for specific orders.
Employ tools and adjust settings to complete tasks.
Read tape measures and micrometers.
Provide guidance using both verbal and physical means.
Keep up with the demanding machines.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Capable of lifting heavy items and physical labor.
Diligent, organized and detail-oriented.
Prior leadership experience is a must.
Willing and able to learn.
Can stay calm in trying situations.
