Detailed Objectives/Responsibilities:

1 –Staff Assignments

Completes written work orders to

and follows through to completion

Completes work for conformance

to blueprints, specifications and standards

Follows recommended changes in

working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew

to management/Board of Directors

2 – Building and Grounds

Maintenance

Engages in painting and

performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings of buildings

Maintains and repairs buildings’

plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts

such as switches and fuses

Engages in the general

maintenance and upkeep of buildings

Engages in ground maintenance

activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds and

raking/disposing of leaves and refuse

Removal of trees as needed due

to storms or safety hazards at management direction

3 – Logistics Assistance

Assist all PV departments as

requested by management such as moving furniture, setup/tear down of

recreation activities, Board meetings, loading/unloading and storing

supplies, etc.
