We are seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to assist a variety of properties in the Seattle Metro and Bellevue Areas!

As a Roving Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for swooping in and saving the day! This may include the total operations involved in running the properties. Responsibilities will vary and may include executing unit turns, painting, managing building systems, keeping an eye on preventative maintenance plans, and common area janitorial and maintenance upkeep.

• Wage: $28-$32 hourly DOE
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

A Day in the Life

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings, including but not limited to: minor plumbing repair, general carpentry, painting, drywall, minor appliance repair and cleaning.
• Perform unit turns including but not limited to: servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical, replace old or faulty parts, re-key locks, replace burnt out light bulbs and interior painting.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers and work with them to produce the best product and pricing for the properties.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including, but not limited to, residents, tenants, the Property manager, Portfolio manager, office staff, and vendors.
• Complete all work in a timely and professional manner.

• 2+ years general maintenance experience or equivalent training is required
• Familiarity with Washington State and city of Seattle Landlord-Tenant Laws helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a vehicle with current license and insurance
