JOB SUMMARY

This role will service forming, CNC and plant auxiliary equipment. This position will provide maintenance support to all areas of operation and will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance efforts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all forming, CNC, and related plant equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Locate sources of problems by observing both machine and mechanical devices in operation and listening for problems that may occur

SKILLS

• Ability to read and understand machine manuals and blueprints
• Possess a strong maintenance ability and aptitude to apply mechanical and electrical principles in various troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment.
• Must ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented - ability to pay attention to minute details of a task.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability and knowledge to safely operate forklifts, power tools and hand tools.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or General Education Degree with a two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proven experience as maintenance technician or similar role
• Experience in contract manufacturing/thermoforming environment desirable

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
