Management Consultant, Technology Consulting (Managed Services) (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Raleigh, NC.

Evaluate, develop and advance potential Managed Services offering from ideation and conceptualization to development through market deployment and support. Coordinate with design/build teams and practices to architect and implement technology-based offerings. Stay abreast of current technologies and trends relevant to Managed Services. Make recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes. Help clients improve business performance by bringing to market managed services offerings that achieve measurable benefits in Finance, Supply Chain/Operations, Customer Management and/or Strategic Direction/Program Management.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of project/program management experience: monitoring project economics, providing hands-on technical experience, and managing client relationships.

Must have 4 years of experience in providing blended advisory/consulting services in at least 3 of the following focus areas: Technology Outsourcing, Managed Services, Application Maintenance Services, Business Process Outsourcing; Offering Development; Analytics as a Service; IT Operations; or Business Development.

Alternatively, will accept 2 years of experience in product development and 2 years of experience in providing blended advisory/consulting services in at least 3 of the following focus areas: Technology Outsourcing, Managed Services, Application Maintenance Services, Business Process Outsourcing; Offering Development; Analytics as a Service; IT Operations; or Business Development.

Requires travel up to 75%, of which 25% may be international, to serve client needs.
